Before Your Appointment

1. Do NOT shower 4 hours PRIOR to your appointment.

2. Exfoliate thoroughly the day before your appointment and pay special attention to elbows, knees and feet. (I love brown sugar and a washcloth for exfoliation!) Please do not use a greasy or oily scrub.

3. Wax or shave 2 days PRIOR to your spray tan.

4. Bring LOOSE LONG comfy clothes to wear after your appointment.

5. Do NOT wear any makeup or lotion to the appointment.

6. Put your hair up in a bun or clip.

Post-Tan Instructions

1. Rinse off with warm water only *NO SOAP* at time discussed with technician. Lightly pat skin dry.

2. DO NOT apply lotion after first rinse.

3. You may be white when you get out of the shower, this is normal. Tan will develop within 24 hours.

4. DO NOT scrub or exfoliate your skin for one week.

5. Gently pat skin dry after showers.

6. Avoid Dove soap and products with a high alcohol content like spray sunscreen, as they both strip the skin.

7. Use a creamy moisturizer post showers to keep your tan going strong.

8. Wear sunscreen everyday and rock your CaliGlow tan!
